Estate Care
Cleaning, surface care, and premium-appliance management — documented before we begin.
A home at this level is not maintained by effort alone; it is maintained by method. Before our first visit, every surface and appliance is mapped and given a written care standard.
From floors and stone to glass and stainless, each material is cleaned the way it is meant to be — and recorded, so the result does not depend on who performs it.
What it includes
- —A documented cleaning cadence per area
- —Surface protocols: hardwood, natural stone, specialty textiles, glass
- —Premium-appliance care (Wolf, Sub-Zero, steam ovens)
- —Hard-water management and treated-water cleaning
- —Bath suites and fixtures
- —Art and framed surfaces handled with care
The Standard
- —A written protocol for every surface, agreed before service begins
- —Brand-specific appliance care, not generic wiping
- —Discretion as a discipline — what is seen in the home stays in the home
Sample protocol — Natural stone & marble
- Soft microfiber and a stone-safe, pH-neutral cleaner only.
- Never acidic cleaners or vinegar — one acidic wipe etches marble permanently.
- Spills blotted immediately; acids etch and oils stain porous stone.
